Description

It can be used by combining with a cytotoxic agent called cisplatin. This is used to treat certain types of cancer, including Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It can be used in combination with temozolomide for the treatment of melanoma. There is an increased risk of getting certain types of skin cancer as a side effect of using this medicine.

How does Celdaz 500 mg Injection work?

This drug is a type of alkylating agent. It works through the process of alkylation. It gets activated by the liver and enters the cancer cells. After entering the cancer cells, it inhibits the DNA synthesis of those cells. This results in disruption of normal cell cycle and DNA function. This leads to inhibition of growth and the multiplication of cancer cells.
